If no can you recommend me some good pedals?

l have seen the new Cervelo is at the Cervelo website, and the pictures show the bike without pedals.

Choosing the pedals is always up to the individual cyclist .

You have to know what brand cycling shoes you wear, before you can choose pedals.

Higher end bikes generally come sans pedals. The logic is, if you've been riding long enough to be ready to drop a few large on a bike, you already have your preferred pedals and shoes.

The dealer you're buying from would be more than happy to throw in whatever style pedals you want.

Every high end bike I've seen did not include pedals, so doubt the Cervelo is any different. The simplest thing is to either move the pedals from your current bike or get a set that uses the same cleat system.

If you're coming into this as your first bike, lucky you. Speaking personally, I've been very happy with my Dura-Ace (SPD-SL) pedals.

If you're ready to drop some serious moolah on a Cervelo, the assumption is that you've probably already got a set of pedals you regularly use.

The shop will usually throw in a cheap pair of flats/toe-clips for free so you can get the thing home ;)

l can not really recommend a definite pair of pedals to anyone though, as I've only ever used one pair of clipless pedals - Shimano R540 (SPD-SL).
Also look into Time and Look.

l prefer the Look system on road bikes. Pedals are a place where you can save some money. I've been using the same pair of Performance house brand pedals since 1995. l bought a new bike last year and the shop threw in a cheap pair of Wellgo road pedals. After 6 weeks, l took them off my bike and put my old Performance pedals back on. I've been happy since.
