l am looking at a giant reign x1 and i'm not sure what size would fit me. l am 5''6 and 140 lbs. but ill probly grow to be around 5''9 or so. Please leave me some suggestions on either a size small or size medium frame, Thanks.

You need to go to a bike shop and get fitted. It is not safe to buy a bike assuming that you grow into it. It can be dangerous to a ride a bike that is too big.

The rule of thumb is about 6''-8'' clearance between your crotch and the frame when standing flat footed straddled over the top bar..
If you're sure your going to grow more soon and do not want to have to get another bike go with the bigger frame.
